CONTEXT
The best way to learn English is to live in English. But how to have that experience living inside Brazil? How to connect CNA students with customers at a pizza place in the USA and promote real conversations?
Solution
In partnership with FCB, we created CNA Hello Pizza: a project that connected Americans with CNA students in São Paulo. Every time the pizzeria received a call in Los Angeles, the consumer heard an interactive voice response with two options: to speak directly to the store or to be attended by a Brazilian student, who wanted to test their English, and to get a huge discount doing so.
While the students were taking orders here, a thermal printer (connected to the cloud) printed the orders at the Los Angeles pizzeria. It was so successful that those who chose the discount didn't skimp on anything on the subject: the longer the conversation lasted, the greater the savings. An experience with a special flavor for students and consumers as well.
Hello Pizza is a project that combines mobile app, internet of things (IoT), service design and a digital telephony solution integrated with Twilio.
