CONTEXT
86% of Brazilian women have been harassed at parties and clubs. But many men still insist on not seeing the problem.
Solution
In partnership with Ogilvy, we created the first dress to monitor harassment and raise awareness about the topic. Dress for Respect records tactile information: each time someone touches, touches, or squeezes one of the sensitive spots on the dress. The touches captured by the dress are mapped and show the volume, location, and frequency of the harassment. In almost 4 hours of pilot action, and with 3 different models, the dress counted 157 touches in a single night.
